If you forgot your password, you may have to sign up for another password and yes they have secret question. If you go to the library talk to them about this. When you have got your new password and answer secret question is the way you can resort if you should forget. Good luck.
Reply:use the "forgot password" tab and follow it through. It will guide you and issue new one to email address you listed when you opened the account.
