How can I open msn and hotmail sites. Error 80072efd?

cannot access msn, hotmail, and other sites. Error 80072ef(g or d) appears. any help. was told it had something to do with my router but I have been using same wireless router for about 7 months. computer suddenly would not open some sites.

I've been having the same problem since Tuesday evening, 4/22/08. I called Qwest MSN tech support this morning and finally (after talking to two different people and being on hold a lot) was told that some of the MSN mail servers are undergoing maintenance. They told me the service would be back up in two hours; it's now been 5 1/2 hours. I guess the only thing to do is wait it out. :(





Edited to add: Mine just came back, at about 6:20 p.m. Pacific Time. Hope yours comes back too!

Why won't my hotmail messages delete?

Is there something that I am missing? I have msn hotmail and when I delete a message it leaves the inbox, goes to the trash, then roughly several minutes later it goes back into the inbox. Is there a setting I am missing or does this involve junk, safe, or address book mailings?

check it off then go to your trash then check that also off and delete them

I can't paste images directly into my Windows Live hotmail messages?

I want the images to appear in the body of my message, not just as an attachment. On the old hotmail I had to turn on rich-text to paste images, but there is no option for this on windows live hotmail.. CTL-C and CTL-V doesn't work either.. is there a setting I am missing? Any ideas? Help please any hotmail gurus :-)

For windows live hotmail, you do not need to turn on the rich text editor as the default had already set to it. To copy a image, you may just highlight on the image, click on ctrl+c and then go back to the windows live hotmail message, click on ctrl+v. You should be able to insert the image to the text area now.

Yeah its hotmail. Just kinda slow. It'll sort itself out soon.

Try Downloading Widows live mail. It helped me.

No you can use any computer with internet access, As it is an internet basses email system.





You can sign up to a hotmail account using a pc in one part of the world (australia), and sign into your account and read emails etc in the opposite side of the world (europe).

There have been some problems with hotmail addresses when it comes to joining Yahoo Groups. The Yahoo Groups technical team has been trying to fix the problem. They have asked that if the problem continues to please report it to them.
